Rick Dinning, Broker/Owner
Bonners Ferry, in Boundary County was voted the Friendliest town in Idaho - and Rick is proud to call it home.
He was born and raised here. His father, Irv Dinning, received his real estate license in 1958 and established Dinning Real Estate. Rick was exploring properties with his Dad all over the mountains and valleys of Idaho and Montana while he was growing up. In 1978 Rick earned his license and has continued the family legacy to this day as a respected Realtor, licensed in both Idaho and Montana.
He attended Whitworth University with a degree in Business Management, married his beautiful wife Chris, and raised their family in Boundary County.
An avid outdoorsman, Rick has roamed all over beautiful North Idaho and Western Montana. He knows the area and the people well. Rural land and unique properties are his passion, but he has handled all property types.
Rick's philosophy on buying real estate is that it should be a pleasurable experience, not confusing and stressful. He is always happy to visit. So if you have a question, ask it. Cassandra Rutherford-Eckberg, Agent
A realtor since 2005, Cassandra joined the Dinning Real Estate team in 2015, with the passion of helping people find their dream home or property. She considers her area of expertise anywhere in North Idaho – From the Canadian Border, West to Priest Lake, south to Coeur d’Alene and everywhere in-between. Cassandra also specializes in off grid homes and raw land, and loves to get to know the homes that are for sale in our area. Cassandra is happy to travel to help her clients find the perfect property.
She found her forever home in Bonners Ferry, ID after traveling through 48 different states and has lived here in Boundary County for 31 years. She is mother to 7 Children, Grandmother to 29 and has 4 great grandchildren! She feels very blessed to have raised her family in such a wonderful community.
Cassandra herself has two off grid homes; one in the mountains and the other on an Island. Her main home and home office is in Bonners Ferry. Important to Cassandra is firstly God, then husband, family and friends- all are so very special to her. Interests and hobbies are fishing, hydro boat racing for over 30 years. shooting pool (of which she has many top female shooter trophies). She also has an antique store in Bonners Ferry, Selkirk Northern Treasures, that is a family passion.
