Hello, I am Cassandra Rutherford-Eckberg of Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
After traveling 48 states throughout my life; I have found that Bonners Ferry is the answer to my dreams. It has all the elements to make this my final place which I will retire in. Bonners Ferry has everything here that I could ever expect and more.
I have lived here for twenty-four years. Widowed in 2000, with 7 children and 21 grandchildren. I re-married in 2004 to a very special man - Andrew Eckberg - a Forester at Idaho Forest Group. My passions are: my love for God, family, friends, Hydro Boat racing, trophy fishing, antiques, and shooting pool (I am the top female shooter for the last 8 years now).
Owning an Antique Store, as a hobby, has given me the wonderful opportunity to work hand in hand with some wonderful people in our business community that helps Bonners Ferry be a stronger and more unified community.
I have thoroughly enjoyed our milder climate year round. At 1800 feet in elevation, the big Kootenai River flows through town and country. The Selkirk Mountain Range on the west side, and the Cabinet Mountains on the east, also adds beauty. In our area the climate can change from one area of Bonners Ferry to the other. Snow accumulations, deeper well depths, banana belts; so much information to consider even from one side of town to the other. It is my quest to help my clients find the differences to help with what is desired for their real estate needs.
Real estate is sought after in this area because of the climate and scenery. The area is full of rich history, outdoor adventures, hunting, trophy fishing waters and much more. It would be my honor to be able to show you the beauty that surrounds us and to help fulfill your real estate needs. My specialties are off-grid living, property and homes. I know what it takes to live off-grid and be a sportswoman in Idaho. I have serviced the surrounding area as far as Coeur d'Alene, Hope, Clark Fork, Sandpoint and Priest River area. I am willing to travel to accommodate my clients.
I have sold real estate since 2005 and my goal is to help our community provide adequate services and conveniences to residents and new-comers. The most important thing to me is to hear what my clients want in their next purchase or sale of a property or a home, and to try and fulfill their dreams and/or needs.
Joining Dinning Real Estate in 2015 was an honor and a privilege for me.
